Forex goes really fast, there are trades minute to minute or longer depending on how long you stay in.

Time frames are different timeframes charts. For example on MT4 forex trading platform you have the monthly chart which is the longest time frame and you have the one minute chart which is the smallest time frame. In between you have 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 4 hr, daily and weekly time frames. All the best, Amit
